As KLM Duty Station Manager and Airside Operations Manager at Schiphol Airport, I gained experience in personnel management, operations management, crisis management, capacity management and crisis organization. I was also responsible for supervision and enforcement of various laws and regulations as Manager Airport Authority. My career has taught me a lot about managerial capabilities, situational leadership and human factors. After my career, I now share my knowledge as an (interim) manager, consultant or trainer, supported by my network of specialists inside and outside the aviation sector.
